Growing up, my childhood home was an evolving reflection of our family’s life. Amongst the vibrancy of everyday living our home told our family’s stories – from our hobbies and the places we’d travelled, to the spaces we laughed and played in and shared life experiences. Our home was decorated with pieces that told our story influenced by our memories, ancestry and the values of our loud and loving Italian family.
It wasn’t until I studied Interior Design and reflected on the family home my mother and father had created, that I realised that meaningful and personal design is what transforms a house into a home.
